2-year-old boy rushed to Alberta Children's Hospital after condition downgraded to serious
A Calgary toddler has been rushed to Alberta Children's Hospital after being struck by a family vehicle in their driveway Thursday evening, police tell CBC News.
Police responded to a call just before 7 p.m. to the 100 block of Copperstone Close S.E.
A two-year-old boy was reported to be conscious and breathing after being struck by what's believed to be a 2013 Ford Explorer owned by the family.
The child's condition has since deteriorated to serious and life-threatening.
