Backhoe reported stolen from Charlottetown parking lot

The backhoe was reported stolen from a parking lot where snow removal equipment is parked
Charlottetown police are investigating a large vehicle theft after someone made off with a backhoe that was parked in the Sears parking lot on Malpeque Road.
The vehicle is a yellow 2015 CAT 420F.
Police said a snow removal company parks some of its equipment in the parking lot.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call police.
