The city of Charlottetown will now run the tennis programs at Victoria Park.
The decision was made by Charlottetown city council at their April meeting.
A motion from the March council meeting to extend the contract with Tennis at the Park was rescinded.
Tennis at the Park had been running programs with the city in a public-private agreement for many years.
A decision was made to end the arrangement when the city and Tennis at the Park could not reach an agreement.
The city will now run all the tennis programming at the park including the hiring of instructors.
