Jason Klaus, accused of killing his family, will go to trial in 2017

A central Alberta man accused of killing his parents and sister is to stand trial in the fall of 2017.
Jason Klaus, who is 40, is charged with three counts of first-degree murder and arson.

Joshua Frank, who is 31, faces the same charges.
A jury trial for the two men is to begin on Oct. 10.
The men were arrested and charged eight months after the fire and remain in custody.
