Edmonton homicide detectives investigate suspicious death at northeast motel

Homicide investigators are at the scene of a suspicious death at a motel in northeast Edmonton.
Police were called to the area of 34 Street and 118 Avenue at around 9 a.m. Saturday. They found a man's body when they arrived. The man is believed to be in his 30s.
The Edmonton Police Service said there are no suspects in custody but detectives continue to investigate.
Police say that there was one person in the hotel room with the man at the time of his death.
One police vehicle could be seen at the two-storey motel throughout the morning and early afternoon on Saturday. A police officer was coming and going through the front entrance.
