Conservative MP Michelle Rempel has earned a rep for being one of the most no-holds-barred tweeters on Parliament Hill.
"I think part of Twitter is being authentic and I think part of that authenticity is, in certain circumstances, pushing back a bit," the member of Parliament for Calgary Nose Hill told DNTO guest host Chris dela Torre.
Like the time Rempel:
1. Defended herself for being a cat lover...
2. Supported Liberal MP Chrystia Freeland's right to raise her voice...
3. Fired back at that age-old sexist taunt about "the time of the month"...
4. Took the b-bomb and owned it...
5. And finally, fought back at being called political eye candy...
Why does Rempel occasionally retweet sexist tweets?
Who does the MP credit for encouraging her to be so bold?
And finally, what's her advice for taking on the Twitter trolls?
