Learning while being active at Montgomery School
"Our school is a Centre for Science Excellence," wrote school principal Miranda Low in her submission. "We strive towards this daily by having quality science instruction, the creation and use of our outdoor classroom, environmental stewardship with a strong Green Team for recycling, science fair, week of science excellence, our large outdoor learning space around our school, a science teacher and learning leader and our Science Trek classroom with their partnerships across the city. This makes our school very unique."
Feeling like royalty at Prince Philip school
"When I step into Prince Philip every morning, it feels like I am bringing my daughter to a nice little kingdom which I was imagining in my childhood," wrote parent Lilani Samarakoon in her submission. "The daycare space they have (which was used to be the kindergarten class) is just like a cute princess's play room. I am happy that I have another girl to send to the same school next year."
