By using the hashtag #FixedALeak, participants are entered into a draw for a free, low-flow toilet
Residents of Charlottetown, Stratford and Cornwall are being asked to channel their inner handyman.
People are being encouraged to repair leaks in their homes or businesses to help conserve water.
It's the lead up to Fix a Leak Week from March 14 to 20.
The three municipalities are running a Twitter campaign asking residents to post a photo or video of someone in their household fixing a leak.
By using the hashtag #FixedALeak, participants are entered into a draw for a free, low-flow toilet.
Municipal officials say leaks can account for, on average, more than 37,000 litres of water wasted in a home every year.
Charlottetown, Stratford and Cornwall all have programs designed to conserve water.
