Jurors at the trial of the two men accused of murder in the death of Hamilton's Tim Bosma will hear more testimony Thursday from Dellen Millard's bookkeeper, Lisa Williams.

The Superior Court trial is now into its fourth week.

The accused — Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto, and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville — have each pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Bosma's death. The 32-year-old from Ancaster, a Hamilton suburb, was last seen on May 6, 2013, leaving his home to take two men on a test drive of a truck he had advertised for sale online.

Burned remains were found on May 14, 2013, on a farm owned by Millard. Those remains could not be positively identified as belonging to Bosma. The next day, Millard was charged with murder, and a few days later, on May 22, Smich was arrested and also charged with murder.

On Wednesday, the jury heard, for the first time, the details of the Smich's arrest. Sgt. Stuart Oxley from Hamilton police testified "I grabbed Mr. Smich, placed him on the ground, put him under arrest for first-degree murder." Smich's girlfriend, Marlena Meneses, was also placed under arrest at that time.
