Police are investigating two separate stabbings in Calgary on Wednesday.
A man was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition around 7 p.m. Wednesday evening after EMS found him bleeding in a Sunalta home.
Police say he wasn't stabbed at the home, in the 1600-block of 12th Avenue S.W.
Last year, there was an assault that left a man in life-threatening condition at a house in the same block, which has four subsidized boarding houses for people with addictions.

Just a few hours earlier, a woman was dropped off at the Peter Lougheed Centre with multiple stab wounds.
Police say the vehicle that drove her there left the hospital just after 3 p.m., but officers were able to locate it at the Chuck E. Cheese's near Sunridge Mall based on a description provided by hospital security.
The two male occupants are being interviewed to determine whether they were involved in the stabbing.
The woman's injuries are serious, but she is in non-life threatening condition.
