From the duo that brought you the IceCaps kiss, funnyman Mark Critch and former premier Danny Williams have created another laugh-worthy video, for a good cause.
The Heart and Stroke Foundation released the video (external link)of Critch and Williams titled 'Mark and Danny have a heart-to-heart' on its YouTube channel Tuesday.
"Of course, you guys all know Danny, he's a former politician, currently an unemployed hockey enthusiast," said Critch, at Mile One Centre, which Williams's St. John's IceCaps call home.
February is heart month and is a time when efforts are underway to raise money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
It was also six years ago this month that Williams went to the United States for heart surgery.
"I was diagnosed with a mitro valve relapse is what it's called — prolapse, sorry. So what they had to do was just go in basically and open me up and stitch it back up again," Williams said.
