Beaufort Delta Petroleum lowers its Aklavik, N.W.T., gas prices

New gas supplier drops prices 20 cents/litre after raising them 30 cents/litre last summer

Beaufort Delta Petroleum Limited has announced it will be dropping gasoline prices by 20 cents per litre in Aklavik, N.W.T., beginning immediately.
In a statement the company says it's taking advantage of current market conditions. The statement says the prices could go down even further in the near future.
Gas prices in the community went up by 30 cents a litre in August after Beaufort Delta Petroleum took over the community's tank farm from Imperial Oil and Arctic Dove's fuel delivery system.
