M.E. Callaghan school to close Thursday for funeral of 14-year-old Conor Shea

Conor Shea died in a snowmobile crash on Sunday
M.E. Callaghan Intermediate School in Woodvale, P.E.I., will be closed tomorrow to allow students and staff to attend Conor Shea's funeral, the English Language School Board says.

The 14-year-old boy died in a snowmobile crash on Sunday afternoon in Pleasant View when the snowmobile he was driving collided with a car.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the Immaculate Conception Church in Palmer Road. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Hockey PEI is honouring the young hockey player and fan with a special memorial decal.
When demand for the stickers began to flood in from other teams, Hockey PEI was quick to respond.
It's now working with a company to come up with a sticker package for individuals and teams looking to purchase them.
