Song, art honours great American activist
Martin Luther King Jr., the famous American civil rights leader, was honoured at a special ceremony at a Toronto school on Monday.
Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and marks the late leader's birthday. At the Carleton Village Sports and Wellness Academy, students marked the day with songs and the presentation of sculptures and posters honouring king.
"He was a leader for us," one elementary student told CBC News.
