Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his cabinet ministers are holding a cabinet retreat in the scenic community of St. Andrews, N.B.
The Liberals' first cabinet meeting of 2016 will allow them to discuss the worrying economic signs, such as the falling Canadian dollar.
