Oluwatosin Oluwafemi likely to seek bail in death of 4-year-old daughter

The lawyer for a man arrested in Ontario and charged in the death of his four-year-old daughter in Calgary says he is likely to seek bail for his client.
Oluwatosin Oluwafemi, 39, was arrested last month and flown back to Calgary to face a charge of second-degree murder.

Oluwafemi, who had been living in Keswick, appeared briefly via video in a Calgary courtroom on Tuesday and had his case set over to Jan. 21.
Lawyer Alain Hepner said he is still waiting for more information, but expects he will ask that his client be granted bail before the end of the month.
Officers who were called to a home in Calgary southeast in December 2014 found a preschool girl in cardiac arrest and not breathing.
Olive Rebekah Oluwafemi was taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
