Canadian Tire is recalling a line of indoor and outdoor Christmas light strings due to safety concerns.
The "Holiday Collection" brand products are manufactured by Taizhou Hongpeng Colour Lanterns.
In a news release, Canadian Tire said these lights "may pose a fire and shock hazard."
They include products manufactured after Spring of 2015 and sold between August 1 and November 30.
Affected customers are advised to stop using these products immediately and return them to any Canadian Tire store to get a refund.
