Saad Osman, 29, was arrested last week in Surrey, B.C. and returned to Calgary on Wednesday to face a charge of second-degree murder.
Two other suspects Theo Wheyee, 20, and Julius Wheyee, 28 were arrested and charged in September with second-degree murder, as well as arson and offering an indignity to a body.
Osman is set to make his first court appearance in provincial court on Dec. 10 via closed-circuit television.
