Richard Oland's mistress and her former husband testified last Tuesday in Saint John
The second-degree murder trial of Dennis Oland continues today after taking a nearly week-long break.
Diana Sedlacek, Richard Oland's mistress and a former Saint John real estate agent, testified on Tuesday that she and Richard Oland would get together about three times a week, including "fairly frequently" at his uptown office.

Sedlacek said the two also travelled together "many times" and were planning a trip to Portland, Maine, just before his death, she said.
Jiri Sedlacek, Diana Sedlacek's former husband testified on Tuesday. He said that he first learned of the affair about 15 months after Oland's death, when his lawyer shared a media report about it with him
Sedlacek, who has since moved out of province, said her husband only became aware of her affair when police questioned him following Oland's death.
Richard Oland,69, was found dead in his office on the morning of July 7, 2011. His son Dennis, 47, is the last known person to see him alive. He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree murder.
