CBC Vancouver News is giving you more. More of the news you want, when you want. Starting October 5th, we'll be bringing you more local news than ever.
Find Andrew Chang and CBC Vancouver News on CBC Television weekdays at 6:00 pm. Now one full hour of local news sharing with you what's happening now, why it matters and why it happened. Our investigative team goes deeper to give you the real story. Host Andrew Chang provides analysis, context and accountability with thought-provoking interviews with people who have a personal and emotional stake in the story. Senior Meteorologist and science reporter Johanna Wagstaffe gives you the full forecast plus the most comprehensive weather and science stories of the day.
For eight weeks starting October 5th, CBC Vancouver News and CBC Radio will be hosting a special series called "What's Your Story?" These are local stories pitched to us by the public on things happening in and around their community. Learn more here.
As always, you can catch 30 minutes of fast-paced news weeknights at 11 pm with host Miyoung Lee, and at 10:30 pm on Saturday and 11 pm Sunday with host Dan Burritt.
Plus, find more local news one minute before your favourite show starts at the top of the hour. From 2:59 pm to 9:59 pm, we're bringing you one-minute news updates on the very latest on what's happening in your community.
