Col. Chris Hadfield, who shared so many experiences from his time on the International Space Station with everyone on Earth, is raising the curtain on another creative endeavour he completed while in orbit: a record billed as the first "off planet" album.

Space Sessions: Songs From a Tin Can, a 12-track album out Oct. 9, features guitar and vocal tracks Hadfield actually completed during his space tour.
