Throughout the federal election campaign, Daybreak's Mike Finnerty and Shari Okeke are hitting the road to hear directly from voters as they decide who they want to form the next Canadian government.
This week, they headed out to the West Island to check in with voters in Pointe-Claire and Beaconsfield.
Since its creation in 1996, the Lac-Saint-Louis riding has never been anything other than Liberal red.
But the NDP and the Conservatives also have strong support in the area, and a few thousand votes separated the first, second and third place finishers in the 2011 election.
