An Oxford House woman is marking a significant milestone this week by celebrating her 109th birthday.
Sarah Harper arrived in Winnipeg from Oxford House by Perimeter Airlines Monday evening.
She was greeted with a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday and a birthday cake.
She was welcomed to Winnipeg by Deputy Premier Kerri-Irvin Ross and Harper was presented with a star blanket from the RCMP.
