My health had improved dramatically and I saw how what we eat and our health... how inextricably linked that is so that's why I decided to write my book. - Gwyneth Paltrow on her passion for everything she deems is healthy.
But what does Gwyneth Paltrow, or any other celebrity for that matter, really know about the science behind keeping us healthy?
We delved into that subject in January of this year when Anna Maria spoke with Timothy Caulfield, the author of "Is Gwyneth Paltrow Wrong About Everything? When Celebrity Culture and Science Clash." He is also the Research Director at the University of Alberta's Health Law and Science Policy Group.
