Sydney Woodworth is out there again this week, selling lemonade to raise money to help other kids
Lots of kids run lemonade stands in the summer.
But Sydney Woodworth isn't lots of kids.
She'll be out there again this week, selling her lemonade — not for spending money, but in memory of a friend.
The 6th Annual Lemonade Stand In Memory of Moses Felix is in full swing.
When Sydney was in kindergarten, one of her classmates died from leukaemia. She wanted to give back to the Stollery Children's Hospital, and help other kids, so she started selling lemonade in memory of Moses.
In the video, the 10 year old talks about what it all means to her.
The stand is set up outside the Sobey's store in Namao Centre, at 9611 167th Avenue.
It will be there daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until July 16.
