Imagine thousands of big heads nodding in agreement. If two Milwaukee men have their way, the city will soon be home to the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum.
Phil Sklar and Brad Novak have been friends -- and bobblehead addicts -- since childhood. Before the museum is built, the pair are planning an exhibition to highlight their 4,000 bobble collection.
Sklar tells As It Happens co-host Carol Off, "We want to have a wide assortment of bobbleheads from all periods and genres. If it bobbles, we want to have some representation."
