Mayor Gregor Robertson paid the set of Hollywood movie Deadpool a visit Friday, and had his picture taken with its star, Ryan Reynolds.

The mayor's office tweeted out the picture of the two men with their arms around each other on the last day of filming on the city's Georgia Viaduct.

Reynolds completed the shoot despite being the victim of an apparent hit-and-run in Vancouver just last week.
