A Cabri, Sask. hockey coach is facing additional sexual assault charges after more victims came forward to RCMP.
Ryan Chamberlin was originally facing four sexual assault related charges after the parents of a young boy told the RCMP their son had an inappropriate interaction with Chamberlin.
Today, RCMP announced Chamberlin has been charged with six more offences including sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference, sexual exploitation and corrupting children.
Based on the charges, it appears at least three alleged victims have came forward. However, RCMP would not confirm that number.
RCMP continue to investigate and encourage anyone with information to contact them.
Chamberlin worked with a number of teams in southern Saskatchewan. When he was last arrested and charged in February, officers encouraged parents to speak with children who may have had contact with Chamberlin.
Chamberlin appeared in court on Monday, and was released with conditions. His next court appearance is April 13, 2015.
