The Takhini River Bridge on the North Klondike Highway outside of Whitehorse has reopened to one lane of traffic.
It was closed earlier Friday while RCMP were investigating a serious collision involving two pick-up trucks.
According to an RCMP news release, the Whitehorse Fire Department had to use the Jaws of Life to remove one of the vehicle's occupants.
The statement does not provide information on the condition of the victims or the number of people involved.
