Sidney Crosby was held without a point for the eighth time in the last month, and frustration took over as he fought long-time tormentor Brandon Dubinsky in the Penguins' 2-1 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday night.

With the Penguins riding a two-game losing streak and on their way to their fourth loss in six games, Crosby had had quite enough of the 6-foot-2, 216-pound Dubinsky. The two have had run-ins in the past, and last spring the Penguins eliminated the Blue Jackets in a tense six-game playoff series.

After coming together in the corner in the second period when Dubinsky ran into Crosby, the two grabbed each other's jerseys and began swinging away. Crosby, who rarely fights, appeared to land the best punch and toppled the bigger Dubinsky to the ice.

Dubinsky got the ultimate revenge, though. The game was tied 1-1 late in the third period with the Penguins on a power play when Pittsburgh committed its seventh giveaway of the game and Matt Calvert raced towards the Penguins' net. Dubinsky was able to poke the puck past Marc-Andre Fleury to send Columbus to a 2-1 victory.

It was the 24th time this season that Crosby was held without a point.
