Artist Jonas Dahlberg will honour the victims of Norwegian murderer Anders Behring Breivik at the site of the Utoya Massacre. Mr. Dahlberg proposes creating a 'wound' in the peninsula near where many of the young people were killed as a memorial. The names of victims will be engraved on the wall of the 'wound'. Visitors will be able to see the names, but not reach them.
Visitors to the site will access a viewing balcony, via a tunnel, which will follow what the artist describes as a 'contemplative' walk through the forest.
Artist Jonas Dahlberg describes how his first visit to Utoya inspired him.
