Former NHL goalie Clint Malarchuk is most famous for the night he nearly died on the ice. In 1989, a skate sliced Malarchuk's jugular, causing blood to gush on the ice.
What is lesser known is his struggle with mental illness, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, PTSD, and alcoholism.
Malarchuk tells his story in the book, The Crazy Game.
Clint Malarchuk will join Saskatoon Morning host Leisha Grebinski on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 7:10 a.m. CST on 94.1 FM.
