If I'm not on the voters list and I don't have a Voter Information Card, can I still vote?
Yes. You can register on the city's website(external link), or go to a polling station and present ID and sign a form with the registration clerk.
If you need extra help voting, you can obtain a form and appoint a proxy(external link) to vote for you.
