32-year-old man killed in a home on 26th Street West
Saskatoon police have charged a 34-year-old man with second degree murder after a stabbing at a home in Caswell Hill.
Police say a 32-year-old man died during an altercation Wednesday night in the house on the 200 block of 26th Street West. They were called to the home around 7 p.m. CST.
Police said, that this time, they will not release the name of the man killed.
This morning, hours after the deadly confrontation, there was still a heavy police presence in the neighbourhood.
Streets around the house were taped off and cruisers had alleys around the property blocked off — and illuminated with their roof bars and headlights.
The name of the man charged has not been released. He will appear in a Saskatoon court Friday morning.
