A man, 41, is in court on charges related to death of Garry Tatham, 72, in Regina crash Sunday

A Saskatoon man, 41, is facing charges related to a fatal crash in Regina Sunday morning.
The collision happened at 6th Avenue North and Albert Street just before 7 a.m. CT.
The drivers were the only people in the two vehicles.
72-year-old Garry Robert Tatham was driving on Albert Street and came to a stop at a traffic light at 6th Avenue North.
A second vehicle driving southbound on Albert Street rear-ended his vehicle.
Tatham died at the scene.
The 41-year-old man, who was driving the second vehicle, was arrested at the scene and is facing two dangerous driving charges including impaired driving causing death.
He made his first appearance in court Monday morning.
Traffic was closed in the area for much of Sunday morning as officers investigated.
