Nunziata fights for the right to run for mayor

John Nunziata will be in court on May 4th to fight for the right to run for the Toronto mayor's office.
The city wants him to step down as a federal MP before entering the race for the November 13th election.
The York South-Weston MP says it would be unfair for the city to expect him to give up his federal job. He plans to use the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in his court argument.
