Michel Duchaussoy arrested in connection with taxi driver's death

Taxi driver was victim of Montreal's 28th homicide of the year

Michel Duchaussoy, the man wanted in connection with the death of a Montreal taxi driver killed yesterday, has been arrested.
Longueuil police arrested the 43-year-old suspect on Nobel Street in Boucherville, on Montreal's South Shore, Thursday evening.
Duchaussoy did not resist.
Police had been looking for him since Wednesday morning, when a 45-year-old taxi driver was found unconscious in his car in the Montreal neighbourhood of Côte-des-Neiges.
Montreal police say they got many helpful tips from the public.
They will give more details about the arrest during a news conference early Friday morning.
