When he was just nine years old, Chris Hadfield watched Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong walk on the moon and today the first Canadian Commander of the International Space Station shared how he turned his dream into a reality with CBC Radio's Rick Cluff.
Surprisingly, Hadfield told The Early Edition host there are only three secrets to becoming an astronaut:
  1. Keep your body in shape and eat well
  2. Challenge yourself with education, and push yourself to learn things you barely expect to learn.
  3. Practice making decisions and sticking with them
