Sex case shocks Nova Scotia

Over the past six years, people in Nova Scotia have been shocked by a sex abuse case involving a provincial probation officer.
Cesar Lalo has already been convicted on seven charges and faces 135 more.
Now, a CBC News investigation reveals new information.
The provincial government says it had no warning that Lalo was preying on children.
But CBC Radio says it's obtained copies of internal documents that show as many as eight complaints about Lalo's behaviour were lodged with the Community Services Department between 1975 and 1989.
CBC Radio says two top officials investigated a complaint Lalo fondled a boy. Lalo was warned but received no reprimand.
