Morgan Van Bone charged with 1st-degree murder in Feb. 15 slaying
Winnipeg police have located a 19-year-old man who was wanted in connection with a deadly shooting at a downtown restaurant earlier this year.
Morgan Van Bone, 19, was wanted for first-degree murder in the death of William Edward Moar, 24, who was shot at Johnny G's restaurant on Main Street on Feb. 15.
Van Bone was arrested on Elgin Avenue West in Winnipeg on Wednesday evening, police announced Thursday.
Two other people have already been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting, including a 15-year-old boy who was found in Calgary and had to be transported back to Winnipeg.
The other, 22-year-old Akech Dut Ajak, was arrested and charged in Winnipeg on March 8.
