Morgan Van Bone charged with 1st-degree murder in Feb. 15 slaying

Winnipeg police have located a 19-year-old man who was wanted in connection with a deadly shooting at a downtown restaurant earlier this year.
Morgan Van Bone, 19, was wanted for first-degree murder in the death of William Edward Moar, 24, who was shot at Johnny G's restaurant on Main Street on Feb. 15.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Van Bone's arrest in mid-March(external link).
Van Bone was arrested on Elgin Avenue West in Winnipeg on Wednesday evening, police announced Thursday.
Two other people have already been charged with first-degree murder(external link) in connection with the shooting, including a 15-year-old boy who was found in Calgary and had to be transported back to Winnipeg.
The other, 22-year-old Akech Dut Ajak, was arrested and charged in Winnipeg on March 8.
