Montreal Police are investigating after a woman realized hundreds of dollars was missing from her bank account after she paid for a taxi with her debit card.

CBC's Sean Henry spoke with Julie Piesina about her ordeal.

She says it wasn't until after her bank account was emptied that she realized her bank card had been switched — the debit card the taxi driver returned to her after the transaction was not her own.
