The party was advertised using social media and as many as 100 people showed up.
The 20-year-old business student asked them to leave, but police say the group came back with more people — some equipped with knifes — looking for a fight.
Weiss was fatally injured while another person was seriously injured.
A 17-year-old girl was initially charged with second-degree murder, but it was upgraded to first-degree murder today.
Mitchell William Harkes, 19, was also charged with second-degree murder in the case.
His preliminary hearing is now underway.
