The well-respected Rouge Restaurant in Inglewood has been on top dining lists around the world for years.
Now the owners have opened the more casual Bistro Rouge at 1909 Sirocco Drive S.W.
While offering bistro classics like baked onion soup and steak frites, they broaden the menu out to include poached salmon, cauliflower fritters and a custom soup bar.
You can also get traditional fare, like burgers served with house-made ketchup with layers of cheddar, bacon, tomato, iceberg lettuce and a homemade bun.
