Murder charge laid in 2010 shooting death

Second suspect ID'd and police release video of third

A 25-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of a Calgary bartender in 2010.
Dexter Bain, 36, was shot in the early hours of Nov. 27, 2010 at Our Place Pub and Grill in northeast Calgary.
Police think three men entered the pub through the back door intending to rob it, ran into Bain and then fled after opening fire.

There was nothing in Bain's past to suggest criminal involvement and the bar was not a problem spot, police said at the time.
Investigators announced on Tuesday that they had made several breakthroughs on the case, including one arrest.
Kyle Victor Ledesma of Calgary was arrested at the Calgary Remand Centre, where he was being held on unrelated matters, police said.
A second suspect has also been identified with the help of surveillance images from nearby businesses, police said.
Detectives are still trying to identify a third man. They released surveillance video of the Aboriginal, five foot 10 inches tall man. He is seen wearing a black winter jacket, checked shirt, blue T-shirt and black toque.
