Surrey RCMP have released a drawing of the suspect in the robbery of a postal worker in late November.

The postal worker was threatened with bear spray before being pulled from his postal truck in the area of 148th Street and 55th Avenue on Nov. 26. He suffered a broken wrist.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid 20s with a medium build, scruffy looking, wearing a black hoodie and jeans.

The vehicle and mail were recovered soon after the incident.

Police are still looking for two suspects in a second incident the following day, which involved a postal worker who was robbed of her mail keys in the 13900 block of Antrim Road.

The suspects fled in an older model grey vehicle.

One of the suspects is described as a white man in his 20s with short red hair and marks on his face.

The postal worker in that incident was not injured.

Surrey RCMP are still investigating whether these two incidents are connected, but anyone with information on either incident who has not yet spoke to police is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
