Tim Rempel and Wilhelm Rempel and Sheena Cuthill now face first degree murder charges in connection to the death of Ryan Lane.
Authorities arrested Tim Rempel, in Grande Prairie, Alta. on Wednesday. Then Thursday morning, police arrested Will Rempel and Sheena Cuthill, the mother of Lane's young daughter.
Thursday's arrests come after Sheena's husband Tim turned himself into police.
Earlier this week Sheena did a TV interview, during which she denied any involvement in Lane's disappearance.
Lane was last seen in February near Country Hills Boulevard in Calgary's northwest.
Police confirmed last week, Lane's remains had been found and officially declared his death a homicide.
Tim Rempel made his first court appearance Wednesday. He along with Tim Rempel, Wilhelm Rempel and Sheena Cuthill will back in court Dec. 6, in Calgary.
