Tuxedo Stan the cat chases Halifax mayor chair

There's a new candidate interested in sinking his claws into the top seat at City Hall.
His name is Tuxedo Stan and he won't officially be on the ballot.
That's because Tuxedo Stan is a cat.
The CBC's Carolyn Ray talks with Tuxedo Stan's handlers, who say their candidate is ready to mark his territory around the mayor's seat.
