Police believe an arsonist started the weekend fire that damaged the home of Carol King, the Herschel, Sask.-area woman who died under suspicious circumstances earlier this year.
Police and fire crews were called to the blaze at the home north of the town Sunday just before 9:30 a.m. CST.

No one was hurt, but there was significant damage and smoke throughout the home, the RCMP said.
A preliminary investigation has found that arson was the cause, the RCMP said.
King, 40, was from Mattis Point, N.L., and moved to Saskatchewan about three years ago.
She was last seen alive Aug. 6 in Herschel, about 150 kilometres southwest of Saskatoon.
Her vehicle was found in a slough Aug. 10 and her body was discovered Aug 27.
Police have not made any arrests in the case.
