Tom Power is back to do a virtual check-in with Canadians across the country — from his living room with his nan blanket. "What're you at?" is Tom's friendly Newfoundland way of asking, "How are you?"
In this episode, Tom catches up with Murdoch Mysteries actor Yannick Bisson and his wife, author Shantelle Bisson, musician Steven Page and retired soccer player Karina LeBlanc, along with other special guests from across the nation. Musical guest performances include Austra and Steven Page with the cast of Stratford's Here's What It Takes.

Retired Canadian women's soccer goalkeeper Karina LeBlanc talks about her reunion with her newborn daughter, Paris, after being separated for 17 days. LeBlanc spent two nights in hospital following heart failure and then self-isolated for two weeks when doctors feared she'd contracted COVID-19.
