Tom Power is back to do one final virtual check-in with Canadians across the country — from his CBC studio with his nan blanket and banjo. "What're you at?" is Tom's friendly Newfoundland way of asking, "How are you?" 

In the season finale, Tom catches up with rapper k-os, actor Tatiana Maslany, and musician Jim Cuddy, along with other special guests from across the nation and around the world.
